Join us September 21 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. for the WAZIP Ride & Drive at Pacific Raceways in Kent. Supported by the state’s Climate Commitment Act, this $112 million program helps Washington businesses transition to zero-emission commercial vehicles, slashing fuel costs while improving the air in the communities where we live and work.
At the WAZIP Ride & Drive, you’ll be able to test on- and off-road zero-emission vehicles to get a practical sense of what could work for your business. You’ll also be able to explore heavy-duty equipment and fleet solutions, learn about WAZIP vouchers and available funding, and get answers to your questions from industry experts.
California fleet operators and technical experts will share real-world lessons learned while participating in that state’s zero-emission program. The focus will be on how best to handle the transition to ZEV equipment and the importance of utility coordination and infrastructure readiness.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn more about WAZIP and test drive some of the vehicles and equipment that are eligible for voucher incentives under the program. Both on-road trucks and off-road equipment were showcased at the event.
